We’re now accepting proposals for Invest in Women Forum 2026: Lights, Camera, Action on January 22, 2026 in San Marcos, TX.
If you have fresh ideas, practical tools, and inspiring stories to share with leaders across the AEC/O industry, we’d love to hear from you! Keynotes, panels, and workshops should be interactive, sales-free, and action-oriented.

ABOUT THE FORUM:
Step into the spotlight at the 2026 Invest in Women Forum, where leadership, innovation, and empowerment take center stage. Our theme this year is “Lights, Camera, Action!”, a call to boldly lead, strategically engage, and actively shape our futures. Like Directors on movie sets, it’s time to call “Action” on the sets we call life and drive progress for ourselves and all women in the industry.
IIWF is bringing together a star-studded cast of engaging, dynamic, and impactful speakers from across the capital projects, infrastructure, design, construction, non-profit, and the skilled trades sectors for a day of relevant topics focusing on:

This year also marks 10-years of Investing in, Innovating with, and Inspiring Women in the A/E/C and Capital Project industries and for this milestone anniversary we want to celebrate YOU! In addition to the Forum, we will be hosting an awards ceremony to recognize and honor amazing women and ally organizations in 9 different categories. Join us as we roll out the red carpet for our Invest in Women Industry Awards!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
One-day leadership conference with Inspiring Keynote Speakers, Interactive Panel Discussions, and meaningful networking opportunities. All topics delivered are thoughtfully and strategically crafted with intentional time built in for breaks, transitions, and connecting with attendees and speakers alike. There will be a light breakfast provided in the morning with a full lunch in the afternoon. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
The conference will be followed by our first ever Industry Awards Ceremony. Dinner will be served while we recognize Nominees and announce the Winners - incredible women and allied organizations - across 9 categories:
