PROGRAM INFORMATION:
Being able to work remotely from anywhere at any time is a trend that appeals to more and more AEC firms and their employees. However, many companies still find it difficult to let their staff work completely from home or on the road …
… and therefore strive for a mixture of face-to-face and remote work, i.e., a hybrid working model or 100% back in the office.
This panel discussion will talk about remote and hybrid work models and what challenges you and your (remote) workers may face.
Will flexible work options help you attract and retain talent?
