Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Operations & Construction Management

Alamo Colleges District

Greg McClure, is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Operations & Construction Management for Alamo Colleges District. He has direct responsibility for an annual operating budget of approximately $49M and 173 employees and contract personnel. The AVC for Facilities is responsible for facilities planning, engineering design, construction management, operations and maintenance, and real property asset management. Responsibilities also include grounds maintenance, housekeeping, mailroom, and energy management in support of over 5.4M square feet of facilities.

Corrina Green

Associate VP for Facilities & Real Estate 

The University of Texas at San Antonio


Corrina Green is the Associate Vice President of Real Estate, Construction, and Planning, as well as Facilities for The University of Texas at San Antonio.  She holds over 25 years of experience in design, construction and development, with a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University. UTSA’s Real Estate, Construction and Planning department provides key support for the planning and construction of UTSA’s real property and buildings in alignment with university’s core values and strategic destinations. The Office of Facilities is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep to all university physical facilities, as well as the day-to-day building operations, including operation of central heating and cooling plants. Corrina provides leadership over both of these divisions, striving to continually improve the physical environment of the university. Corrina is involved in the Urban Land Institute, serving as the San Antonio District Council Chair and Membership Chair for the National Placemaking Product Council.


Richard De Leon, AIA, LEED AP

Richard De Leon is Director for Program Management for the UT System’s Office of Capital Projects. He has been employed by UT since 1994. He is directly responsible for capital projects at seven UT System campuses throughout Texas. Richard’s responsibilities include enterprise risk management, compliance, customer management, and numerous other initiatives. 

J. Brett Cumpton, AIA

Director - Facilities, Planning and Construction

Texas A&M University System


J. Brett Cumpton, ’89 (Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University) as a Director for Facilities, Planning and Construction on behalf of the Texas A&M University System, currently Directs 10 Project Managers. Brett covers the capital projects across the Northeast half of the state of Texas. His management team covers projects from Texarkana to Galveston and 11 Universities and campuses in between. Brett has been with the A&M System since February of 2008 after closing his local Architectural firm. Brett directs 55 projects valued at 2.822 Billion in varied levels of completion with $412.5 Million still available for proposals. In his 15 plus years with the System, he spent 3 years with the Health Science Center as Director of Facilities, Operations and Construction for the CIADM.

As President of the San Antonio Division of SpawGlass, Jason is a LEED Accredited Professional with a BS and MS degree in Civil Engineering from UTSA. He participates actively in construction industry and community organizations and currently is serving on the Brighton Center Executive Board and as a Member of the UTSA CSM Advisory Council. Jason is a graduate of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab and the Innovative Leadership Program, as well as a loyal supporter of the UTSA Roadrunners.
