Why this program?  

Delivering construction projects requires skills in teamwork, problem solving, and conflict resolution to keep projects on time and in budget while realizing the Owner’s project requirements.  Effective, collaborative leadership is critical to making that happen.  We also recognize that our industry is in a period of radical change as organizations deal with the loss of a retiring skilled workforce and the need to elevate a new generation of project leaders.  We are offering a way to develop EFFECTIVE leaders now and for the future.

This program is custom designed for those involved in the design/construction industry, yet would also be valuable for those related to this industry sector.


Successful participants will become a certified Leader in Collaborative Project Delivery through the Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects (l-LinCP).

Program Location:  VIRTUAL 

Dates:  March 25, 2021 – May 27, 2021

Cost:  $2,400 (I-LinCP members), or $3,000  (non-members)

Additional attendees from same organization receive $150 discount per person!

Limited to 25 people.  All are encouraged to apply.
