Come and take a hard hat tour of the consolidated District Support Operations Complex for the Alamo Colleges District, currently under construction by Skanska. Be one of the first to tour this Complex before it’s open to the general public.  Then join us after the tour for happy hour at a location TBA nearby!

The District Support arm of Alamo Colleges owns and occupies multiple buildings around San Antonio’s 465 square mile footprint and employs approximately 465 people. The disjointed layout of various support operation departments, such as financing, police, economic and workforce development, and payroll, make for an inefficient operating model.

As a result, the Alamo Colleges District Board of Trustees voted to move forward with the construction of a new consolidated District Support Operations Complex. A 160,950 sf main Office Building is centrally located within the 12 acre property and extend 3 stories above street level. Surface parking will surround the office building to the north and south. Some features of the building are the corrugated tilt wall panels, the glulam beam and decking roof structure, and the interior DIRTT walls.
