President: 

Ardis Clinton, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CDT; Senior Project Manager,  FKP Architects

Ardis is the current Houston chapter president, in her third year, for I-LinCP. In this role, she is tasked with evolving the capital projects industry through knowledge sharing for optimized leadership, delivery, and performance. In other words, she brings all capital project participants together for candid, structured programming to improve project outcomes.

Ardis serves as vice president and senior project manager at FKP Architects in the Science + Education sector. She began her career after graduating from the University of Houston Hines College of Architecture.

Outside the office Ardis is focused on her twins. She is a volunteer with their Cub Scout pack and a member of the Bay Area Mothers of Multiples group. She is also currently learning how to compete in roller derby, which involves more than just knowing how to skate – specifically, knowing how to stop and fall. 

Vice President:

Beccy Whyte, Director of Business Development, Walker Parking Consultants

Beccy Whyte handles the business development for Walker Parking Consultants. She has more than 15 years experience in the field of marketing and business development. Walker Parking Consultants is the largest parking consulting and parking design firm in the world with 15 offices in the USA, one office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, over 225 employees, and more than 12,000 completed parking projects. Beccy holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University. Beccy continues to apply her education and personal skill set in establishing a strong network of contacts at every level.

Marketing & Communications: 

Natalie Lozano, Marketing & Business Development, DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc.

Natalie Lozano, a Houston native, studies business marketing at the University of Houston-Downtown while working as a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator for DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc. Passionate about people, Natalie is fascinated by the power Marketing has to introduce and connect people to unfamiliar brands. In her free time, Natalie focuses on improving her yoga practice at her favorite Houston yoga studio, Big Power Yoga. She is also a globetrotting junkie, making sure she leaves room to travel with family, friends, or solo at least three times a year.
