At I-LinCP, we believe in the power of community and industry collaboration. Our Helping Hands Initiative mobilizes design, construction, and industry professionals to contribute their skills, expertise, and time to nonprofit projects that support underserved communities. Through this initiative, we foster Circles of Excellence—groups of dedicated professionals committed to making a tangible impact through volunteerism, mentorship, and hands-on service projects.

How You Can Get Involved

We invite you to submit your volunteer ideas and help us identify meaningful projects that align with our mission. Whether you know of a community in need, a nonprofit seeking industry expertise, or have a vision for a service project, we want to hear from you!

Examples of Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Design & Construction Assistance – Help nonprofits with facility upgrades, accessibility improvements, or master planning.

  • STEM & Career Mentorship – Inspire students and young professionals through educational workshops, mentorship, or internship support.

  • Disaster Relief & Resilience – Assist in rebuilding and recovery efforts for communities affected by natural disasters.

  • Sustainability & Green Initiatives – Support energy-efficient building solutions, urban greening, and climate-conscious infrastructure projects.
