The real estate development and construction industries have historically been male-dominated, that is rapidly changing with the inclusion of more women entering the AEC workforce.

Get Visible! is more than just a conference, it aims to be a catalyst for helping women in the AEC industry expand their presence, influence and career success in a changing industry. Together, we will enter this new decade with a spirit of learning, engaging and inspiring excellence within our organizations.

This unique Forum provides a venue to engage everyone from executives to those just beginning their careers with active, hands-on sessions and vibrant networking with the best and brightest in the A/E/C industry. In our usual I-LinCP Forum style, Keynotes become table participants and table participants become presenters, encouraging participants to assimilate what they are learning. Join local, state and national leaders and subject matter experts as we candidly explore and address the issues affecting women in our industry.

Elizabeth Frisch is the founder and CXO of The Thrival Company and Your Corporate Shrink. She started her career as a chemical engineer from Purdue University and then cross-trained into psychology, business performance, auditing, and organizational culture and individual behavior change.

From Elizabeth: "I've spent more than 25 years sharing what I’ve learned with organization leaders. I realized that you cannot neglect the human side of engineering successful companies. From the plant floor to the top floor, I’ve lived in a hard hat and steel toe boots building teams and high performance in the field and spent just as much time working with boards and C-level management on change management and business performance initiatives.

I've been honored to work with everyone from Fortune 500 companies and VC/PE firms to government agencies, NPOs and the U.S. Military. I now routinely keynote public & private events and do media on these topics, sharing the story of my epiphany with my first child and realizing, after many failed (& humorous) attempts, “You can’t engineer human!”
