Our MissionEvolve the capital projects industry though sharing of knowledge for optimized leadership, delivery and performance. |
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE: I-LinCP’s bi-annual Texas Public Owners Conference (TPOC) is for-Owners, by-Owners. It is a unique opportunity for public-entity project Owners in Texas to come together to share best practices, new ideas, concerns, and opportunities with other public Owners as well as gain insights from architects, engineers, contractors, and all design and construction industry stakeholders who help to make our projects successful. I-LinCP prides itself in bringing together all project stakeholders to increase mutual understanding and build solutions! _____________________________________________________ This year’s theme is Build it RIGHT! _____________________________________________________
What does build it RIGHT mean? Well, that is open to some interpretation! It can mean we plan our projects appropriately from the inception to not waste time or money down the road. It can mean we design, build, and operate in a sustainable manner. It can mean we take advantage of new tools and technologies to be more efficient and effective in our work. It can even mean we improve our internal processes to cut down on a big project time-suck, working through bureaucracy! What does it mean to you? One of our sessions will be our popular, “Ask An Owner,” where the audience will ask their questions to a panel of public project Owners. Attendance is limited to 120 people each day to provide for high-quality relationship-building. AGENDA: |
