Ardith Rademacher, President, Ardith Rademacher & Associates

Ardith Rademacher & Associates, Inc. (ARA, Inc.) specializes in helping construction professionals get the search assistance they need. We are more than just construction jobs and we do more than just find you any construction job. We are industry specialists and construction recruiters, involved in the construction community, who have the relationships to make the right match. Prior to starting ARA, Inc., Ardith spent 13 years with national construction, engineering and architectural firms as an HR professional, trainer and recruiter. ARA, Inc. was founded in 2002 to serve construction clients across the US with their construction recruiting needs.

Louie Rodriguez, Project Manager, Project Control

Louie Rodriguez is a Project Manager at Project Control, a premier provider of program management, project management, and owner’s representative services headquartered in San Antonio.  Throughout his career, Louie has been a part of municipal, private, and P3 projects across multiple markets including multi-family, retail, mission critical facilities, sports & entertainment, jails, commercial offices, distributions centers, manufacturing facilities, healthcare, and hospitality projects. In addition to his involvement with I-LinCP, Louie actively participates within the local Architectural-Engineering-Construction (AEC) community serving on ULI’s Young Leader Committee and AGC-Construction Leadership Council Steering Committee. Louie graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Louie is also a graduate of our local ULI Young Leader Mentor Protégé Program, Real Estate Council of San Antonio Leadership Development Program, and San Antonio AGC Leadership Academy.

Motivated professional with experience in client development, marketing and research in the A/E/C industry and an overall goal to garner trust and confidence with industry peers and clients to maintain and increase business relations.

Leigh-Ann Fabianke, PMP; President, Galen Driscol

Leigh-Ann is a communications specialist who views stakeholder engagement as a complex understanding of relationships and communication processes. She develops strategy to enhance conversations between the public and decision-makers and serves as a participatory planner, workshop and process designer, and facilitator. Bridging online and face-to-face communication methods, Leigh-Ann involves those who are interested, and generates interest in those not yet involved in the public involvement process. She facilitates open channels of communication with all stakeholders while also creating outreach materials, developing project websites, managing social media and traditional media interactions, and planning and executing public meeting support. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she understands the importance of maintaining constant and consistent communications throughout the project process. Leigh-Ann is certified by the International Association for Public Participation and holds a master's degree in public administration.
