Join I-LinCP and Howard Hughes for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at Bridgeland and the vision, investment, and design decisions shaping one of the region’s most significant master-planned communities.
This intimate program will explore Bridgeland’s broader economic and community impact, including job creation, residential growth, educational development, infrastructure, and the continued growth of the surrounding area. Howard Hughes will also share updates on what’s ahead for Bridgeland and how the community continues to evolve.
The conversation will then move from the big picture to the built environment, exploring the design decisions behind the development, sustainability strategies, and the use of innovative approaches and materials, including mass timber. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear directly from the Howard Hughes team and potentially members of the architecture and design team before experiencing the project firsthand through a guided building tour.

5:00–6:00 PM – Optional Happy Hour & Networking
Attendance is limited to 30 participants to create a smaller, more interactive experience and allow attendees greater access to the project team during the conversation and tour.
