Are your projects sometimes troubled by indecision and/or changing decisions?
Do the so-called “decision-makers” delay needed decisions, flip back and forth, or make last minute changes-- costing everyone time and money? You may have more influence over these situations than you realize.
In “Getting Decisions That Stick!” you will learn ten techniques that you can use today to reduce costly changes by helping owners, users, and others make better-informed decisions.
Kurt Neubek is a Principal in the Houston office of Page, a 450-person national A/E firm, where he started the company’s Strategic Consulting group 22 years ago. He earned a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects, for being heralded as “an architect of decisions.”
A Certified Facility Manager, LEED Accredited Professional, and Six Sigma Black Belt, he is also an award-winning speaker, having given more than 50 presentations at national and international conferences.
Kurt brings 30 years’ experience leading meetings and helping clients make informed decisions.
