Are your projects sometimes troubled by indecision and/or changing decisions?
Do the so-called “decision-makers” delay needed decisions, flip back and forth, or make last minute changes-- costing everyone time and money? You may have more influence over these situations than you realize.
In “Getting Decisions That Stick!” you will learn ten techniques that you can use today to reduce costly changes by helping owners, users, and others make better-informed decisions.
