Even if you work for a great company that really gets work/life balance, sometimes the job can break even the strongest person down. In this energetic, interactive, and entertaining presentation, the focus will be on solutions and will give ideas and actions that can be used to combat burn-out. When applied, the principles covered in this session will help attendees not only at their jobs, but also in their everyday lives.

We are hardwired to prosper. We just need to quit sabotaging ourselves and own it!
