Interim Assistant Director for Asset Engineering and Chief Architect, HAS


Guillermo holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame, is a member of American Institute of Architects and a licensed Architect in the State of Texas since 1987.

His professional work encompasses successful projects in the aviation, industrial, K-12 education, higher education, commercial, healthcare, retail and municipal practice areas.

Guillermo has a collaborative management style, which promotes a working environment that values innovative thinking, customer service and one that encourages team participation and individual growth.
