Allison Muth, AIA, RID, Regional Manager Construction, Medxcel, Planning, Design & Construction

Allison Muth is the Regional Manager Construction for Medxcel and is responsible for Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) that support the Ascension Texas Ministry Market. Prior to joining Medxcel, Allison spent 18 years at Texas Children’s Hospital where she focused on developing the project management program, interior standards, logistics, and master planning efforts to support the growth of Texas Children’s in Houston and the Austin markets.

She is a licensed architect and registered Interior Designer in Texas and a graduate of Virginia Tech where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the College of Architecture. Prior to joining healthcare, she spent several years in traditional architectural practice and was involved in all phases of projects at architectural firms in  both Washington, D.C. and Houston.



Janice White, AIA

Over twenty-seven years representing public owners in the delivery of capital improvement projects.  I lead the Architectural Project Management Division (APMD) and serve as City Architect as a part of the Capital Project Delivery team in Public Works.

APMD provides project management services to our sponsor clients to ensure they have first-class facilities to carry out their missions providing excellent services to City of Austin residents and visitors beginning in the preliminary phase through the design and construction phases.  

We manage over 100 projects for over 20 sponsor/client groups totaling just under $1.2B.  Projects range in size from $800,000 to large projects valued over $400M.. 

The APMD team also includes a sustainability team guiding green building for CIP projects and an architect team providing space planning, design studies, facility analysis and project scope cost and schedule guidance.



Robert (Bob) Farmer, Sr. Program Manager: AG|CM, Inc. 

Bob brings high levels of experience and knowledge in the practice of professional construction management. Provided project management services for more than thirty years including the Austin Convention Center, numerous projects for the Seton Healthcare Network, institutional projects for University Systems and bond projects for 10 school districts across the state of Texas. Has a history of completing high quality projects on time and within budget. Was the Program Manager for the successful execution and recent completion of the Wimberley ISD 2018 Bond Program. His construction management experience is broad and includes extensive oversight and coordination of pre-construction design services and activities, including Cost Control, Scheduling and Value Analysis. Mr. Farmer is also a qualified corporate trainer specializing in design phase services and other construction management practices.
