The Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects San Antonio Chapter introduces 

"LID (Low Impact Development) Strategies," 

to be presented by 

Steve Graham, PE, Assistant General Manager, San Antonio River Authority (SARA) 

and 

Karen Bishop, LID Strastegies Coordinator, SARA

This will be a general presentation about what LID is, examples in our city, the new LID Design Manual, and incorporating LID as a design option into the 2015 UDC updates.
