San Antonio Chapter Past Board Members

Past-President, 2014 - 2015:

Tom Brimer, Senior VP, TDIndustries

Tom is the Senior Manager for San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and the Rio Grande Valley. His responsibilities include construction, design build, building automation, and life cycle business units. Tom understands the complexity of today’s fast paced construction business and the necessity of developing just in time resources designed to meet financial, safety, and time based objectives.

Tom is a graduate of California Coast University and a 30-year veteran of the Mechanical/Plumbing Contracting Industry.  Tom has spent time with Honeywell, Johnson Controls, United Technology, Ivey Mechanical, and Encompass Services Company in varying roles from Software Engineer, Project Manager, National Manager, and VP.  Tom lives in New Braunfels with my wife Joanie and son Taylor.

Past-President, VP, 2015 - 2016:

Ken Polasek, Program Manager, AGCM

For the last eight years Ken has worked for AGCM –  a construction management firm (owners representative) as both Program Manager and Business Development. Ken is a civil engineer, retired from the Air Force after 24 years, with multiple worldwide assignments. He moved to San Antonio 2 years ago…as my wife (Melanie) and I are from San Antonio so good to be back in the City. Ken has been an active participant in I-LinCP  for the last year, finding it a great group and a great concept of tying together Owners, AEs, GCs, all with the goal of better execution.

Ken has found in working the SA-Austin corridor that there is a lot of interest and need for this I-LinCP “Team” to work together to find better solutions for execution and communication.  He looks forward to being on next years planning staff and team.
