Architecture, Construction and Engineering are all struggling with a tremendous shortage of skilled talent.  It is more important than ever for organizations to be able to attract, support and retain a talented workforce and to encourage more women to pursue and build vibrant careers in architecture, engineering and construction. Unfortunately, their attrition rate also remains high in these industries.  Developing and retaining a skilled workforce includes identifying and addressing the specific needs of women in our industry.  Man or Woman; Male or Female Brain, I-LinCP’s 4th Annual Invest in Women and Watch Them Thrive Forum will give you and your team the tools you need to excel as an Employer of Choice and a roadmap for individual continued career planning and success  .

This unique Forum provides a venue to engage everyone from executives to those just beginning their careers with active, hands-on sessions and vibrant networking with the best and brightest in the A/E/C industry. In our usual I-LinCP Forum style, Keynotes become table participants and table participants become presenters, encouraging participants to assimilate what they are learning. Join local, state and national leaders and subject matter experts as we candidly explore and address the issues affecting women in our industry.

Learn to Build Your Value + Become an Asset at Work

Far too many of our nation’s best and brightest women work as hard as they can to advance their careers without really understanding how important it is to build their value and communicate their worth. It’s time to teach women how to work smarter, not harder, to become more effective and invaluable to the companies they work with.

Lauren shares her personal story of going from zero network, zero skills, and no job prospects to becoming a highly valued, top engineer with global connections in just three short years. Women will come away with steps they can take to immediately start building their value and become indispensable at work and in their careers.
