Since its introduction, Lean Construction is gaining popularity as a new management approach to improving productivity in the industry. There are many different interpretations of its concepts and principals to be explored.

Join us for an insightful panel discussion about several recent and current projects that have utilized Lean. Both design and construction methods will be discussed, as well as challenges and benefits of the Lean process as a whole – including technological advances which promise greater efficiencies in the construction of capital improvement projects.
